+ Ivanhoé Cambridge, Metrolinx (Province of Ontario's regional transportation agency for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) agreed to plan for integrated office and transit development in downtown Toronto. Subject to pre-leasing, project construction could commence spring 2015. Development will feature: 2.7 million ft2 (250,000 m2), multi-phased, premium office complex at 45-141 Bay Street built to LEED® Platinum standards; new, larger GO Bus Terminal at base of new 45 Bay Street office tower and elevated park above the rail corridor with new public green spaces
