My head is full of great ideas; I don't push, I serve. I help client solve real estate problems. Experience teaches a lot, and in my experience focusing on the solution without understanding the problem well first really limited the options which could be the best solution. For example, I helped a client reduce costs, reduce the size of their space substantially, negotiated a new long term lease without them having to leave a building the love. The didn't have to move, change their address - but we changed some thinking. The office differently than in pre-pandemic times.

I've been publishing this newsletter for 24 years this month. Thanks to loyal readers, great sources and people who help with information on moves and other news not covered in mainsream media public relations packages - all of which makes this a lot of fun to do. As the pubication grew there were two elements that came together at the same time; sponsorship, which has been important to keep this publication going - and I'm so grateful for those support this work, and we could use some more (hint, hint), so let me know if we a place for your advertising message.
The other element, begun at that time, was interviews of some fantastic Calgarians - readers enjoyed those and I enjoyed doing them. Then, we had a pandemic. And, up until now, I've not restarted publishing those interviews. The time for stalling is over, I have a few 'in the bag' and will restarting our publication of some great human stories with business punch too; some will be familiar names, some are obscure but doing their magic to make our city great, so look for some 'great-get'' surprises coming soon.
