Shaw issued it’s statement praising the decision ~ and the Federal Court granted an emergency stay to temporarily suspend the Competition Tribunal’s decision pending a hearing on the Competition Commissioner’s injunction pleadings – and most watchers believe, in the end, it’s a political/cabinet-level decision …tik toc

+ Suncor had an explosion and fire at its Commerce City, Colorado facility resulting in a shutdown

+ Swimco has reopened brick/mortar locations following emergence from bankruptcy

+ TC Energy Corp. restarted the southern Cushing extension of its Keystone Pipeline that’s been shut down since a Dec. 7th spill in Kansas
