+ Hudson’s Bay Co. agreed to sell its downtown Toronto flagship store and adjacent tower to Cadillac Fairview Corp. for $650 million
 
+ luxury designer outlet centre under construction; Vancouver International Airport – 30 acre site development is partnership between Vancouver Airport Authority and McArthurGlen Group, 35,000 sq. m. of luxury, designer and lifestyle retail on the northeast corner of Sea Island near the Templeton Canada Line station; scheduled opening Spring 2015
 
+ Ivanhoé Cambridge's Tsawwassen Mills and Property Development Group's Tsawwassen Commons – being constructed on Tsawwassen First Nation Lands; Ivanhoé Cambridge's Tsawwassen Mills will include approximately 111,500 m2 (1.2 million ft2) of retail, with 16 anchors, a unique mix of premium fashion brands, factory outlets, restaurants and first to market retailers, as well as a 1,100-seat food court. The development will be modelled on the successful CrossIron Mills in Calgary and Vaughan Mills in Toronto; Property Development Group's Tsawwassen Commons will provide 51,000 m2 (550,000 ft2) of outdoor retail space and will include a quality blend of national, regional and independent retailers, restaurants and financial services. Both projects to start construction in 2016
 
+ also in Vancouver, Credit Suisse Real Estate Asset Management are developing a $200 million, 31 storey office tower to be called The Exchange – they are aiming for LEED Platinum designation, to be completed in 2016
