+ B.C. government is trying, yet again, to stall/delay/kill Kinder Morgan’s TransMountain Pipeline expansion notwithstanding Trudeau government approval of the project; sabre rattling of two premiers and businesses threatening boycotts are in the news; issue is ‘tweaking regulations around diluted-bitumen (dilbit)’; expect lawyers and courtrooms – but it all rests on B.C. NDP staying in government and how badly they need those three Green Party MLAs voting with them; Canada and Alberta, and Kinder Morgan, are likely to pay a large price for ‘confederation’ while B.C. marches to Premier Horgan’s drum while Premier Horgan dances on the Green Party’s puppet string. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister’s comments/action looks pretty limp/weak from here … tic toc
